The NEET syllabus 2018 is prepared after reviewing syllabus of various state boards as well as those prepared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council Board of School Education (COBSE) and National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). NEET 2018 syllabus has been made after the recommendations from the Medical Council of India (MCI) and is strictly based on topics, chapters and subjects taught during 11th, 12th/HSC level.
NEET 2018 will be conducted in a pen and paper based model. As per the exam pattern of NEET, the question booklet will contain 180 multiple choice questions in 3 hours time duration from Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. Each correct response candidates will get 4 marks, whereas -1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
